My stay was fine on vacation. The staff were dedicated and excellent all the time. Excellent and good location, not too far from a medieval cathedral, enjoyed this place. The restaurant was nice, delightful food. Everything was good, I 100% recommend.

Everything was fine, the parking was not far from the hotel, the room was well-maintained and well-appointed. The service was exceptional, totally satisfied. The location was perfect and excellent, adjacent to that has many restaurants around, the railroad station and the airport 50 m away and markets, in a shopping area. There was L'ostellino nearby to grab something to eat.

Perfectly located near famous attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Simple but clean rooms. Great breakfast and nearby restaurants. An enjoyable place to stay and explore. 🏰

The location was perfect, just 5 min walk from a large medieval baptistery. It was located in a shopping area really close to taxi, many restaurants and main attractions and Square of Miracles. The single room was modern, had a minibar, central heating, and an electronic key card.

Its location next door to a tower and a cathedral was perfect and magnificent.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a stone's throw away from the iconic Leaning Tower of Pisa. You really couldn't get any closer! The rooms offer a great view of the Baptistery, and some even have air conditioning to keep you cool during the summer months. The breakfast is served with a view of the Baptistry, and they even include cappuccino, which is a nice touch.

All was well at this hotel.

For visiting the Piazza Miracole it was ideal. You walk out of the hotel and there is the archway into the walkway to the cathedral, Leaning tower and Baptistery. This is a basic hotel where the reception desk is in a very small space. Teh breakfast room is the only public space, except for the terrace outside, which does not give very much of a view of the ancient buildings close by. That said, the reception staff were very helpful aand patient and recommended an excellent trattoria for dinner. Breakfast was adequate and staff agreeable. I would recommend it to people with a limited budget who are truly interested in visiting the marvellous duomo and leaning tower, and who dont want to walk or travel far to reach the piazza.

The hotel could give more detail to drivers arriving by car. There is a public garage/carpark close by with whom they have an arrangement. One cannot linger at all to drop off luggage. The hotel details could give more data on this - there was none.

My stay was fine. The owner waited for my late arrival at 1.am and I appreciated this. My room was clean and nicey decoratedwith a good bathroom. The location of the hotel as excellent in that it was next to the LeaningTower of Pisa. A lovely Terrace Garden.

Piazza manin is a noisy square because of the Mc Donald's below the hotel. The breafast is fair but the coffee was poor for Italy. the Hotel staff are efficient but not particularly warm. I did get help to buy my bus ticket by the nice guy who was serving breakfast. Next time I would ask for a room at the rear of the hotel.

Excellent location, helpful staff, free parking, good value for money, perfect for short stay, strong wifi.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways! the location was absolutely fantastic - right on a charming little square, just a stone's throw away from the famous Leaning Tower. It doesn't get better than that! Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. And finally, the breakfast.wow! Not only was there a great variety of delicious food, but we also had the privilege of enjoying our meal with a stunning view of the Baptistry. Simply unforgettable.

No complaints, everything was perfect.
